The Tropical Paradise Beachfront Estate sits directly on Nahai Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on Koh Samui. Across around 700 m², the villa combines modern living with traditional Thai architecture: teak floors, hand-picked Thai art and large windows that bring the sea into the house.

The shallow water in front of the villa forms a calm lagoon for most of the year – especially pleasant and safe for children. In the morning, you watch the sun rise straight over the sea.

The villa is made up of three buildings arranged around a tranquil inner garden with a sala and a fish pond.

Pool, salas and private beach

In front of the terrace you'll find the large pool, sun loungers and a long outdoor dining table. Two salas stand right on the beach – one contemporary, the other a rare antique. A Bose sound system covers the pool and salas, kayaks for the lagoon are free to use, and there is a private sauna.
